Aubrey Reiser-Ng

Co-Founder & Head of Clinical Practice 

Our behavioural care team is led by Aubrey Reiser-Ng, a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who completed her training under two leading clinical psychologists in the field of behavioural change therapy in the US. She has over 18 years of experience in Asia consulting with private and public institutions and working with families to help neurotypical children and children with a range of behavioural issues including autism, ADHD, and anxiety. Aubrey is passionate about making evidence-based care accessible and affordable to families. 

Nic Reiser

Co-Founder & Head of Business 

Nic Reiser leverages his extensive experience in leading technology companies to deliver a unique experience for families, one that combines the best of in-person and digital behavioural care. Nic has over 15 years of leadership experience at Microsoft, LinkedIn, Indeed and PERSOL in Asia Pacific.

 

Jean Foo

Consultant 

Jean Foo holds a Master in Education at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia. She joined an international ABA service provider end 2005 where she received her training in ABA for both individual and group settings. After several years, Jean moved on to another centre that offered mainstream preschool programme as well as therapy services, leading the therapy segment and training the staff, consulting, developing programmes and individual educational plans for the next 4 years.

Since then she has been working with individuals with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, ADHD, Selective Mutism and other learning disabilities. After becoming a mother, she is better able to understand the constraints that the families face and seeks to help them in more practical and achievable ways.

Cheryl Tseng

Consultant

Cheryl Tseng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Melbourne. Upon graduating, she joined an international ABA service provider from 2004 – 2010, receiving her training in ABA for both individual and group settings. Cheryl conducted individual therapy, provided shadow services, ran social groups, and served as a teacher at their in-house kindergarten.

Cheryl has continued working in the field with children on the autism spectrum, providing intensive ABA therapy, specializing in early intervention and aggressive behavior. From 2015 – present, Cheryl has also taken on more academic teaching, giving assistance to ASD students who struggle to cope in the subjects of Math, English and Science.
